Off-world build-out is the orbital and planetary boundary condition of Segal Development's autonomous construction — regolith printing, sulfur concrete, and swarm robotics, applied where the gravity, atmosphere, and feedstock change but the algorithm does not. ISAM ties the orbital case to the surface.
