// SPACECRAFT — Autonomous deep-space probe
Pathfinder Probe
BETASelf-directed, to the edge.
A self-directed science and space-domain-awareness probe for cislunar and the outer system.
The Pathfinder Probe is autonomy taken to the edge of the network: a self-directed spacecraft that plans and executes its own science and space-domain-awareness mission where light-lag makes ground control impractical.
Optical and DSN-class RF comms keep it connected, but goal-level tasking through Foundry Edge means it does not wait for instructions to act.

Self-directed
Plans and executes its own mission where light-lag rules out ground control.
Deep-space comms
Optical crosslink plus DSN-class RF for the long haul.
Modular payload
Swappable science or space-domain-awareness sensor suites.
